Our Day

We start at 10:00 by walking to a “base camp” decided by the children. If families need to leave early, I point out the correct trail.

We might hunt for bugs, paint wood cookies, build shelters, identify berries or climb our rope ladder.

I bring supplies for exploration and play such as magnifying glasses, ropes, spoons, and tarps.

We try to arrive back to the parking lot close to 12:00,

but sometimes it can be later if we find an adventure on the way!
